Diane Counce, MD

Dr. Diane Counce is Board Certified in Neurology, NeuroImaging, and Headache Medicine. She also has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Headache Medicine through the National Headache Foundation. She has been in private practice since 2001 and has been in solo practice since 2008.

Dr. Counce is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Academy of Neurology, American Headache Society, National Headache Foundation and American Society for Neuroimaging. She also currently serves as a faculty member, along with preceptor and proctor for Allergan for cervical dystonia, spasticity, and chronic migraine, and currently participates in research projects for treatment of neurological diseases such as tremors, stroke, neuropathy, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s dementia and migraine headaches.

Since 2019, Dr. Counce has been involved with the NFL Baseline Assessment Program and the NFL Monetary Award Fund program. She has also been involved with personal
injury corporations, such as ASF Services, ML HealthCare, and MedPlex Injury, in addition to working with multiple lawyers and law firms on expert defense testimonies and medical record reviews.
